I started the same with each but adapted as needed. One thing I did consistently was not use pull-ups. All three hated being wet in underwear and I think that helps speed up the process . . . although it makes a bit more clean up for you! Call me if you want specifics. The audio and chocolate treats were powerful incentives to fully potty train our son. He loved pushing the button hearing he is a Big Boy and opening a door to find a chocolate.
